Quality Control
Hi-Spec Precision Components operate stringent quality control processes. From raw material inspection to final inspection, we manage every step of the manufacturing process to insure products are made to our clients’ specifications. All products are subjected to our standard six stage inspection process:
For clients who engage in Six Sigma methodologies, we utilise SPC, MSE, Process Mapping, FMEA, DOE’s, Capability Studies, Control Plans, MPC, and other process improvement tools within the DMADV and DMAIC models.

If we can’t get you your parts on time within the agreed to time frame, then what’s the point in taking the order? We believe in being honest up front, rather than take an order we cannot complete in the allotted time frame.
